With skim patterns you can exactly control when a surfer sees a trade or a gallery
To set a skim pattern, go to menu --> stats --> main overview, click the icon and click on 'edit'
Scroll down untill you see "skim pattern". When this field is blank, no skim pattern is set, and the trade uses the regular skim %.

A skim pattern looks like this

100,90,80,R
The 1st click has a skim of 100% (100% to galleries)
The 2nd click has a skim of 90%
The 3rd click has a skim of 80%
After the 3rd click the pattern Repeats itself

100,0,R
The 1st click has a skim of 100% (100% to galleries)
The 2nd click has a skim of 0% (0% to galleries, 100% to trades)
After the 2nd click the pattern Repeats itself

100,90,80,L
The 1st click has a skim of 100% (100% to galleries)
The 2nd click has a skim of 90%
The 3rd click has a skim of 80%
After the 3rd click all clicks get the skim of the Last value: 80%

100,0,L
The 1st click has a skim of 100% (100% to galleries)
The 2nd click has a skim of 0% (0% to galleries, 100% to trades)
After the 2nd click all clicks get the skim of the Last vlaue: 0%

100,0,50,L
The 1st click has a skim of 100% (100% to galleries)
The 2nd click has a skim of 0% (0% to galleries, 100% to trades)
The 3rd click has a skim of 50%
After the 3rd click, all clicks get a skim of 50%
